family affairs

 

I went to the movie on Friday nite with my sister.. since she was back home from college.. in fact it was her mid-term break but due to extra-curricular she had to handled/organized, she had to stay at hostel.. at first we want to watch spiderman.. but from the timing I knew we couldn't make it.. plus my sis wanted to buy her college supply.. so, we decided to watch 'NEXT'.. by nicolas cage and julianne moore.. it was perfect timing.. not too late, not too early.. but the movie was kind of flat.. and kind of confusing, a bit la.. we missed the movie for a few minutes due to long queue at the supermarket.. this what I called watch the movie for the sake of watching the movie.. usually I would watch that one particular movie that I really wanted to watch.. that's it.. I'm not the frequent visitor to cinema.. for this movie, I'm kind of regretted and kind of felt moi money was poured down the drain.. that's it.. enough said already..

then, saturday nite.. mom asked us to get ready for dinner.. selalu camtu.. last2 minit baru nak inform.. hesh.. so we were ready after maghrib.. but my youngest sister was still not back home.. since she was the reason moi mom having this dinner.. and also in conjuction with mother's day last week la.. she had a nite over at her's fren house for hers' birthday party.. but my sister, she has this kind of habit of telling moi mom at the very last minute and rushed out from house (sound a bit familiar like moi mom, rite?).. macam budak2 nak lari dr umah.. and lebih kurang cam biskut chipsmore.. 'now you see, now you don't'.. sepantas2 aku pon idak ler sampai begitu sekali.. sometimes aku pon tak paham la perangai budak2 ni.. why la susah sangat nak honest ngan your parent.. and moi mom pulak dah lepas dia takde tu baru nak mengamuk marah2 mana dia pegi and so on.. apsal tak marah masa dia nak pi tadi? aku usually malas nak masuk campur.. bcos if aku involve sekali nanti jadi mende lain.. melarat ntah ke mana.. last2 aku yg gaduh ngan mak aku.. so due to my temper and impatient yg which I already knew that I will make the scene worst.. usually moi dad would settle this on behalf of my mom.. so my dad call her where was she whereabout during that time.. she was from bangsar (that fren of her has this very socialite mom who is willing to drag her daughter when-ever and where-ever she goes.. aku pon tak penah sampai ke bangsar tu..) ntah party mana dia pi aku tak tau.. plus it was also her's birthday on that sunday.. so maybe she and her fren had planned double birthday party.. I don't know.. so the purpose of the dinner was to celebrate moi youngest sister's birthday.. venue 'actually thai' restaurant sunway pyramid.. I have to thank you ms kay to introduced moi to this place.. which I introduced to moi mom and which she kind of felt in love instantly.. especially with that steamed fish.. even though the price were a bit expensive but I think it's all worth it.. so.. enjoy the piccas.. we had fun though.. laughing and teasing each other.. the food were form in line from one end to another end of the table.. and the waiter had to switched those main courses to make sure everyone on the table got a bit of pieces of everything.. there's how moi weekend went..
