update on my dissappearance.. 2-3 days after 'rombongan cik kiah' I had a very very bad diarrhoea.. I went to panel clinic first.. apparently medicine from panel clinic didn't work well on me.. I still had to run back and forth to toilet.. 1st day went to clinic nothing serious happened.. doc just gave me regular medicine.. then, I went back to the clinic for 2nd day.. the doc said I was badly dehydrated.. *memang aku tak makan/minum.. cos semuanya keluar balik* so doc decided to give me an IV fluid.. this 2nd time trip to the panel clinic, my mom had to drive me.. she was also mc that day to collect her monthly supply of medication.. cos I'm just not capable and brave enough to drive.. so she volunteered to do so.. apparently the clinic didn't has smaller pack of fluid.. so they had no choice but to injected me with a larger pack version (had no idea how many ml).. which took more than 1 hr to complete.. *mom sampai tertido2 atas kerusi.. moi also mengantuk2 atas katil tu.. dah la sejuk beku*.. first time in my life I had that experience.. *memang teruk giler*.. at night I couldn't sleep well.. *tido pon tidur2 ayam jek.. memanjang keluar masuk toilet*.. even after I took the medication and been injected with the fluid.. still there was no changes on my pain.. it was still painful in my stomach.. after that I went to non-panel clinic with also the same result.. as far as working goes.. I didn't really care any more.. *apa nak jadi pon jadilah*.. there were days when I went to clinic and got mc.. but there were also days which I couldn't really wake-up and in no mood to go out and take mc.. I took EL instead..
after a while, when mom saw moi took the same medication.. again and again.. even after I completed the course, I would go back to the clinic and asked them to refill them for me.. or simply said my condition is getting worst not getting better.. they would eventually either gave me the same supply or added new one on top of the old ones.. moi mom said this was not right.. maybe you should try different things.. she brought me to this massage thingy.. actually, she had informed me about this stuff long ago.. but I just you know.. kind of ignored her in my own way.. bcos she herself doesn't really go regularly for the treatment.. I thought I don't really have problem with my health (so far until I was getting very2 sick).. the treatment is a combination of 5-in-1 treatments.. 1)massage 2)acupressure at chi point 3)maxibustion ('bertungku') 4)Far Infra Rays 5)chiropractic.. the treatment is done on CERAGEM master bed.. you just lay down and relax yourself.. the maxibustion or 'bertungku' using this heated stones embedded inside the bed.. in this case they are using jade stone which are heated and rolled onto your body.. the reason of using jade stone is that it can give/spread more Far Infra Rays (FIR) into your body.. as for massage treatment, it will goes along the way of your back-spine.. and stomach too (during final stage you have to turn around so it can massage your stomach).. this treament is a combination of east and west.. combination of chi philosophy, acupuncture, chiropratic and so on.. it's called CERAGEM and the best part it is FREE.. and they're encourage you to come everyday.. I've been visiting this place since my days of pain and agony (about 1 month).. now, I could feel the difference.. as of to-date I feel no pain no more but I still watch out on whatever goes into my stomach.. *phobia lor*.. so that's why I even willing to sacrifice my lunch hour or even my lunch meal to go for 40 minutes treatment.. so far, they have only 4 outlets if I'm not mistaken Desa Hartamas, Cheras, Shah Alam and Sg Petani.. I think I missed one more outlet bcos they just a new one.. I even brought my sister over one day bcos her sinus problem is worst than mine.. and she said she loved it! but they only open during office hour for working days and half day on saturday.. so you better check it out!
p/s: now, I can fit into my old pants back! What a painful way to loose weight.. I'm not recommended to you all..
