ironically

This week I had to stayback in the office until 8++pm.. why?? even so, my bos is not around for 2 weeks off to his honeymoon, even so, he is not the bossy type, I had to entertain these requests from hq company to compile all sort of this ancient figures.. which I had to dig from the ancient system as well.. and calculate them manually!! it was more than 10K figure, I tell yaa!! maybe this was a jinx... remember my last entry on thought(s).. I'd kind of begging this stuff to appear.. I don't mind that part.. at least I have something to do.. the only thing that was bugging me is.. the way how to retrieve that figure.. it was a very long way.. using this ancient system.. goshhh!!! please forbid this kind of system in the future.. it was a mess, a pain in the ass.. bla bla bla.. and the list was endless..

on top of that, I had to entertaining and compiling number of reports for my own department's GM.. and suddenly, nowadays, he is not so shy to talk to me.. and ask me to do various kind of things... you just name it.. to amend the report.. to amend the report for the 3rd time.. to amend the report again for the 10th time.. ok, maybe I'm exaggerating a bit.. sometimes I feel like it is sooo useless... to fix that little tiny number.. I'm fully aware of the damage it will done.. but sometimes I do feel like.. goshh... it's not worth it.. what an ironic!! I thought when my immediate boss is not around.. I kind of have time to layback a bit.. but it was the other way around.. as I'm writing this, I'm still in the office.. it's almost 10pm already.. even if I'll stay till midnite, the job still couldn't get done.. and for the first time ever, I had to come to work on saturday.. what a history!!!
