children movies weekend

moi telah melayan cerita kanak2 on the weekend.. memang takde keje.. nak buat keje lain memang pemalas.. plus takde orang kat umah.. so might as well la aku jadi potato couch sementara org takde.. even masa2 biasa pon.. still, I'm the first one will be in front of that idiot box.. and the last one to go to sleep.. see.. betapa boringnya hidup aku.. tak adventourus langsung...

anyway.. memula layan citer 'gentle ben, terror on a mountain' on hallmark channel.. ben itu ialah sunshine bear... yg telah befriended with this one boy.. who'd lost his parent in accident.. so, his uncle who's a ranger of this one famous reserved park.. yellowstone kot.. or nevada ke.. or arizona ke.. ntah tak tau.. he got custody for this boy.. sorry for the bablement.. moi tak follow dr mula.. it was already half way when I watched.. I know this story cos my mom and kids dah melayan cerita ni aritu.. ntah camner moi boleh tertinggal.. plus moi mana suka tengok tv ramai2.. best layan sorang2.. so, the boy, his name also couldn't remember.. mark kot.. hehe.. he saved ben who had trapped in an old mining area.. apparently, ben had separated from his family.. and wandered off from grizzly valley.. the place where his family should be.. and ended-up at the mining area.. which was near the neighbourhood.. apparently, one of the villager's sheep got attacked.. and they blamed this poor bear.. so, mark was on a rescue mission to save the bear from the sheep's owner.. and the worst wildlife enemy, poacher.. it seemed that mark didn't has any friend.. and ben was the only who listen to him.. literally, he'd kind of listen to whatever mark's said.. that bear was a brilliant actor.. so comel sangat.. moi would fell whatever story on animal.. I simply cannot see whatever barbaric thing happen to any animal.. one time, I cried when I watched this group of elephant left laid on the ground, been slaughtered and their's tusks went missing, been chopped-off by barbaric poachers.. you killed that big gigantic animal just for that tiny weeny tusks?? what a waste of life.. in fact, what a waste of everything.. our ecosystem will be disrupted by doing just that, am I right or not? maybe I should be a volunteer with WWF, kan??.. heshh.. memang aku emotional bab2 ni..

then, I saw on info this movie titled 'Thief Lord'.. I knew it was the same with a book written by Cornelius Funke.. and I read it.. the story was about a brother named Prosper who had to rescue his little brother, Bo from their's evil uncle and aunt.. run to Venice, to fulfill their mother's dream to live in the city where all magical things happen.. so, they were rescue by this one boy, same age as Prosper, who called himself 'Thief Lord'.. it seemed that he is the famous thief on the city... and he got a big job from the Conte to steal one of the broken wings of the magical meryl-go-round.. the meryl-go-round had 5 winged magical animals.. unicorn, lion.. I couldn't remember the other 3.. if someone wants to grow older or to become younger one more time, they could take a ride on this meryl-go-round.. since I've already read the book.. I loved the story.. only on the movie, it was just kind of flat.. everything was flat.. macam bosan sikit.. and there were missing pieces here and there.. I'd kind of recalled the story when the scene started to jumping around.. and I didn't even know they already produced a movie out of this book.. I'm a big fan of children books as well.. maybe I didn't have that chance to read and to discover what's happening in children's world when I was young.. I'm a late bloomer, ya all.. so, please.. cut me some slack, will you? right now, I'm waiting for the final book of Harry Potter series.. I have them all.. and read them all too.. it were so fascinating.. so, whatever you people say.. I just don't care.. sorry about that!
