Last nite my boss treat us, me and 2 other collegues, for dinner at TGIF subang parade... I had chicken salad something (don't remember the exact name).. which I thought I can finish the whole lot at first.. but unfortunately due to a full-ed stomach resulted from a full plate (not even a plate.. a saucer in fact.. I think..) of manhattan fish fillet and a lot of fries luncheon.. there was still half plate salad remaining.. and lot of tortillas chips.. what a waste.. my boss even asked if anyone wants dessert.. then he made this remark by looking at our plate.. clearly we cannot afford to eat anymore food.. goshh..
Actually, it was a farewell dinner for one of my collegue, his last day will be tomorrow, 15th Feb.. Then, it'll leave just the 2 of us.. me and another collegue and my boss.. meaning more and more workload for me.. aiseyy.. which is I kind of wish for that long time ago, when I kind of felt.. it's no point of coming to work anymore... but now, I don't have 'that' motivation to keep me going.. just wrong timing laa.. even right now, you can see laziness indication of coming late to work as if this is my dad's office.. and keep on stalling and procrastinating every piles of work I've got to do.. plus holiday season (CNY) is just around the corner.. made me more malas maa.. I pray really hard that my boss will take a very long leave/vacation/ holiday/honeymoon so I can do whatever I want.. I even asked him to used-up all his carried forward leave (he has more than 30 days leave.. accum from last year as well..) but he said he went broke since his wedding on 20th Jan @ Nikko Hotel.. a very grande one.. 'Wedding of the Year'.. I tell you.. hahahaha.. he said he'll wait for MATTA fair this march.. and if there is interesting cheap holidays package.. then only he'll go.. choii.. bilalah tu agaknya...
I just need to go somewhere to see different things and explore different places.. It is important to 'recharge' myself in order to keep me going further.. otherwise I won't feel that I'm really alive.. and will going backwards.. after 'recharged' only I'll regain conciousness and keep awake throughout even moi, myself do not know until when.. only God knows how long my "motivation" will last.. it'll all depend on the mood and how much pressure I can handle.. otherwise I'll be wandering off with no places to go.. with no life to live..
I'd managed to get home on time to catch this new show, Ugly Betty, on 8tv... Actually, it has started since last week.. Well, last nite was the 2nd episode... When they first started promo on this series, I just cannot wait to watch the show.. I've heard the title on Golden Globe Award.. as a matter of fact, it was one of the favorite nominees.. and winner too (even till we speak).. it has defeated Desperate Housewives, which was 2 times winner and one of the favorite tv show (still holding the title without no doubt).. and this new kid on the block, has became the new receiver of Golden Globe for the Best TV Comedy/Musical that very nite.. and Ferrera who plays Betty Suarez on that show won the Best Female Actress on Comedy/Musical.. even though, it's adapted from Spanish version of I don't what is the title.. not really a new show.. to produce it in Hollywood and to make a big hit with million viewers .. shows that it's refreshing to have this kind of story.. it's about reality and our mentality.. and it's all true.. with all good reviews it received, no wonder it was nominated for several categories.. and I love true and honest performance by Ferrera... she's great.. what more can I say.. you have to watch the show first, then you'll know what I mean.. Now I have one more reason to be glued in front of the tv every tuesday nite... In fact, it will be tuesday-marathon-nite.. start with Grey's Anatomy on NTV7 @8.30pm, then follow by Ugly Betty @9.30pm and lastly Desperate Housewives @10.30pm both on 8tv.. I love tv..
